A World of Wonders: Gold

Tis the season to wear gold! Yes, gold is the perfect match for any outfit these upcoming holidays and anything gold makes great gifts too! 

 

I LOVE those gold boots from Zara! They are the perfect pair for this winter and can be worn with a casual outfit or a dressier one. That Burberry watch is amazing, don't you think? I think that's the perfect gift—to yourself!

 

A holiday party? How about those Kate Spade pumps and that Topshop clutch? Perfect!

 

And socks as stocking stuffers? Why not? Ok, add some jewelry to the stockings and you'll have some very happy ladies!

Fairy Fashion: Hansel and Gretel

I love Hansel and Gretel! Maybe because of all the candy...

To achieve a look inspired by Hansel and Gretel, let's begin with Gretel. A cute flowy Zara skirt and a cream colored Topshop sweatshirt will give you a girly and stylish look.

Add an amazing multi-color bag from Rebecca Minkoff and a touch of gold with a flower ring by Aurelie Birdermann and a gorgeous pair of Loeffler Randall gold pumps!

To get the Hansel look let's start with a Zara shirt and pair of grey trousers, add a bit of pattern with a Paul Smith scarf and finish the look with a grey pair of boots. Casual and stylish!

A World of Wonders: White

I love the look of white in the winter, especially here in NYC when the city is covered in snow! Here are a few of my favorites for the upcoming winter season.

That Zara coat has a very classic, clean but also very modern look. I love that crackle print Zara t-shirt, it would add a bit of edge to any outfit.

White accessories such as that Rebecca Minkoff bag and Topshop belt and beanie are the perfect touch of white. And my favorites are that Topshop leather shirt from the Kate Bosworth Collection and those oxfords are amazing!

Fairy Fashion: Goldilocks & The Three Bears

Goldilocks is another one of my favorite childhood fairy tales. I always dreamt that I would one day find a cute cottage in the middle of the woods with three bears—although I never lived anywhere near woods...

To achieve a look inspired by the beloved Goldilocks how about we start with a cute and fuzzy white Topshop teddy bear coat?

There are many versions of what Goldilocks wore but I always envisioned her wearing a red dress (as in the book cover above). That Asos dress is so pretty and I love how it flows! How about some stylish Ivanka Trump pumps in black with metallic gold? Love!

A Ted Baker wallet in black patent leather will add a bit of edge and you can't go wrong with red nail polish and a couple of fairy tale like rings...

Fairy Fashion: Red Riding Hood

I love Little Red but I don't think I would necessarily wear a red cape (although it would look cute).

If you are going for the red riding hood look a cape is a must, why not one with one of the latest prints in style? That Zara cape is ideal to give you the look! 

A Loeffler Randall rider bag in black with black studs and those Frye wedge booties are the perfect compliment to that coat. 

A pair of Marc by Jocobs sunglasses and a super cute Rebecca MInkoff pouch will set you off in style!

 

I love this look and I would probably wear it with blue jeans too keep it more casual. Of course, red nails and a touch of blush. Perfect!
