This is your life, so you must "be" and "do" what you want.

There should never be a reason to not be who you truly want to be or do what you truly want to do. Why waste our time? Life is too short to live a "pretend" life. 

If for some reason you haven't been living the life that you want, start moving in that direction one step at a time...slowly you'll find yourself being the authentic self you were meant to be...

NYFW: Lucky Magazine & ESQ Movado

On Tuesday night I was invited to the Lucky Magazine and ESQ Movado New York Fashion Week party. It was ESQ Movado's introduction of their new ESQ ONE collection at the Catch Rooftop in the Meatpacking District.

Once I arrived I got to pick (as a gift) an ESQ ONE Movado watch from their new collection. I, of course chose the black. Look below, I love it!!

Then after I headed to the Bracelet Bar. Yes, a bracelet bar put together by Lucky Magazine's Accessories Editor, where we each got to pick five bracelets (yes more gifts). So much fun!

A World of Glamour and Lucille

Funny lady Lucille Ball was also known for her beauty and fabulous style. Who doesn't love Lucy?

To create a look inspired by Lucille how about an oh so stylish Zara leather midi skirt—fabulous! Pair with those gorgeous Loeffler Randall black dot platform pumps. Love, love those shoes! 

Add a bit of rocker accessories with those Topshop studs and Bauble Bar spike and studded bracelets, and finish the look with an amazing Loeffler Randall minaudiere.  

 

A very classic look with a twist of edge! What do you think?

Très Chic Makeup Bag!

A très chic makeup bag indeed! 

Start with that Guerlain gold powder compact, Ives Saint Laurent black eyeliner and a beautiful shade of Dior lipstick. A must in my makeup bag is blush and that Chantecaille will brighten your look for sure.

Bobbi Brown blotting papers are a great way to freshen your face without adding too much powder. A Dior lip balm with rose scent and SPF 10: perfect!

Oh and don't forget an amazing scent like that Tocca. A mid afternoon dab and you're ready for what awaits for the night!
