My cousin Monte and I were talking the other day and he shared a conversation he had with his four year old daughter, Railee. He was asking her questions such as: Are you great? Are you strong? Are you motivated? Are you inspired? Her answers were: "Yes, I'm great, I'm strong, I'm motivated and yes, I'm inspired". How amazing is that?
Imagine if we had all been taught from a young age to think that way of ourselves. Imagine if all children believed that they were great!
My favorite question he asked her was: "Who's your favorite?" I thought she would answer what most kids would: "my mommy" or "my daddy". This wise little girl said: "I'm my favorite."
